Jon Wainwright has been taking pictures since he was a young boy, using a Kodak Instamatic to capture Stonehenge from every angle before his parents had even finished reading the first information panel.
After graduating from art school, he pursued a twenty-five year career as a graphic designer and art director. Throughout those years, photography was always a hobby. It is now his main creative interest.
He doesn’t say anything political or judgmental with his photographs. He simply frames life in his viewfinder. Frozen in a photograph, moments of humanity can be infinitely large – they become worlds in themselves.
